  • Do I have to pay the course in full to reserve my place?
    No, only the deposit is required to reserve your place.
  • Do you teach in English or French?
    We offer both, depending on the language our student feel the more comfortable.
  • Do I need to bring a computer in class?
    No it's not required but recommended to bring a book notes, an iPad or else to take notes since we will be covering a lot.
  • Do I get a certificate?
    Yes, all of our courses include a certificate of completion.
  • When do I need to pay the remaining balance?
    The remaining balance must be paid in full on the first day of class.
  • Are there any prerequisite for this course?
    Yes, you must be 18 years old, if not a permission from your guardian will be require to enrol you. You must be a Canada citizen or permanent resident.
  • What forms of payment does Llauradivine accept for its services?
    We accepts credit, debit, cash, and e-transfer payments for all our services.
  • Do you take walk-in ?
    We currently do take same day appointment for the following services : Lash Extension, Ombre and Henna Brow Please to call us before showing up to make sure that we have a slots available for you!
  • What's your opening hours ?
    Hi, we are open Monday to Wednesday from 10h00 am until 8h00 pm. Friday to Saturday from 10h00 am until 6h00 pm. Sunday we're Closed.
  • Can I get a refund if I cancel my appointment ?
    Unfortunately, all payments made for appointments at Llauradivine are non-refundable. This policy is in place to honor the time of our expert beauty professionals and to ensure fair compensation for their dedication and skill. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, so we kindly ask our clients to provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to reschedule their appointment and to keep their deposit actif. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, we may require a partial or full payment for the missed service. We strive to provide the highest level of service and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • Can I reschedule my appointment ?
    Yes, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule your appointment. You need at least 48 hours' to make any changes to your scheduled appointment through your account online. This can allows us to accommodate your request and adjust our schedule accordingly. You can contact our salon directly to reschedule, and our friendly team will be more than happy to assist you with finding a new suitable appointment time.
  • How long can my deposit stay active for ?
    We allow your service deposit to stay active for up to 2 weeks prior to your initial appointment. Whether you need to reschedule or adjust your appointment time, rest assured that your deposit will remain valid and secure until then. We value your time and want to make your experience with us as flexible and convenient as possible.
